Mack and Volvo make parts not only for Mack and Volvo trucks, but parts that can be used on any make truck, completing the purchase loop for their dealers who can then service any make or model truck using Mack or Volvo parts.

The Parts Marketing Division of Mack/Volvo Trucks North America handles communications to 400+ Mack and Volvo dealers across the US and Canada.

Our Role:
  • Concepting, creative development and production for All Makes communications to 400+ Mack and Volvo dealers across the US and Canada
  • Our work here includes streamails, direct mail, website content development and presentation materials
The Challenge:
  • Create a high impact presentation piece for a national dealer show that demonstrates how Mack and Volvo can supply parts for more than just Mack and Volvo trucks
The Solution:
  • We concepted and produced a high-tech video to visually show how Mack and Volvo parts could be put on a competitive truck
  • The video was shown at regional dealer meetings throughout the US and Canada
The Outcome:
  • The video was a recipient of a 2012 Addy award among regional advertising agencies
