Decisiv had a visionary idea to support heavy-duty trucking, an industry that’s been slow to adapt to new technology. Communicating how its technology could revolutionize the maintenance and repair process meant educating everyone – drivers, fleet operators, service techs, part suppliers, truck OEMs and aftermarket tech developers.

After a referral from a long-time Vela client, Decisiv asked us to get involved to identify the platforms, form factors and messaging for its complicated but exciting technology.

Decisiv and its service relationship management services are continuously evolving – from tools to platform to ecosystem. The company wanted its website to show how rapidly the commercial vehicle industry and Decisiv’s role in it are changing, but to do so in words and images that communicate this growth and innovation in a simple way.

A few details:

  • Focusing on communicating to current and target clients allowed us to focus Decisiv’s messaging in an industry that lagged in tech adoption.
  • Less than 12 months later, we redesigned the Decisiv website to incorporate changes to its rapidly evolving business model and to make it more interactive for customers.
  • Decisiv partnered with Vela with the understanding that our role would be rethink and redesign its website on at least an annual basis.

  • Content on the Decisiv Marketplace increases visibility in search engines for greater SEO and brand awareness.
